Exploiting inter-species conservation in promoter sequences to identify regulators of reproductive development and physiological performance.
Project
Project code: 0313152B
Contract period: 01.09.2004
- 31.08.2007
Budget: 209,487 Euro
Purpose of research: Basic research
This programme aims to exploit inter-species conservation in promoter sequences to identify regulators of reproductive development and agronomic performance. Non-coding sequences of orthologous genes diverge rapidly during evolution, except for motifs that are functionally important.
