Description
The Institute of Horticulture is part of the Centre for Research and Continuing Education at Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences. Nine professors from the Department of Horticulture and Food Technology are involved in research at the Institute, which specialises in horticultural value-added chains in the following research areas:
