Purpose of research: Inventory & Assessment
Official (sovereign) duty in accordance with § 33 (2), point 8 Plant Protection Act. Development and establishment of methods for the residue analysis of the active substances of plant protection products in very different matrices (bees, plants, pollen, wax). The methods must be constantly optimized and validated (e.g. after admission of new active substances in the investigation program). Development and collection of data for recovery rates, limits of detection and determination (LOD, LOQ), and storage stability. Structure and care of mass spectroscopy libraries and result data bases (GC/MS, LC/MS/MS).
