Purpose of research: Applied research
This multi-center (8 centers), international (Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, Portugal) EU-project studies, whether vitamine D, Omega-3 fatty acids and a physical exercise program performable at home can prevent diseases and functional degeneration. The study subjects are 2152 men and women living at home,who are 70 years or older.
