Purpose of research: Basic research

The research project aims to clarify how an infection by Verticillium affects temperature and drought stress reactions of the rape plant. Based on the determination of enzyme activity, sugar groups and photosynthesis rates, the reactions of the energy and carbon exchange and measurements of transpiration, osmotic potential as well as the water absorption of the water balance to be analysed.
