Collaborative project: Upgrading from Bestandsbiogasanlagen to flexible energy producers through a demand-oriented modification of the biogas production. Subproject 1: testing in demonstration mode and business value analysis (UBEDB)
Project
Project code: 22401614
Contract period: 01.07.2015
- 28.02.2018
Purpose of research: Applied research
The research project makes to the task, the demand-oriented, dynamic biogas production, without modification of the installation technique of Bestandsbiogasanlagen (without additional capital expenditures!) to investigate. This feeding concepts (business management concepts) for Bestandsbiogasanlagen can be derived. For performance parameters of dynamic biogas production in laboratory facilities, are with in the agricultural environment of accumulated Substratenermittelt. The influence on the fermentation Dynamics aims primarily through more easily workable materials. These carbohydrate-rich substrates or fast vergärende fat green cuts from different cultures come (especially also catch crops, landw. Residual materials and alternative energy plants), which are the plant operators in humid air space available. The results provide a substrate characterization and are then transmitted to starting gas production profiles aligned to the current demands on the operation of large-scale Forschungsbiogasanlage. Based on the results achieved the positive impact of the dynamic operation of the installation is on the economics of Bestandsbiogasanlagen investigated and evaluated.
