The HaploSelekt project aims to identify genome-wide haplotype blocks and their phenotypic effects on yield performance under limited water and nutrient availability in elite wheat lines, and subsequently to develop computer-based crossing schemes to enrich beneficial haploblocks in resilient, high-performing breeding lines.
