The proposal addresses different areas (medical, analytics, process – and consumer-orientated), with following key points: 1. Clinical explorative study (exploration of special eating habits focusing on immunological/allergological and dental-preventiv aspects): Introduction of an allergen-containing "test-biscuit" with defined allergen amount in baby foods following special eating habits "feeding kiss" 2. Development and production of a "test-biscuit" by the bakery, combined with subsequent analytical validation (point 3) 3. Qualitative and quantitative analytical verification of the "test-biscuit" from point 1 and 2 via allergen-specific ELISA, including validation of the allergenic potency via cellular test, as well as development, validation and transfer of rapid tests for allergens by considering relevant matrix effects. 4. Consumer preference and communication: analysis of acceptance of the (new/different) eating habit, as well as allergen-management and allergen-labeling of traces in view of allergic consumers 5. Development and validation of diagnostic methods: analyses of changes of the oral microbiome through different feeding habits while introducing solids (including differences induced by "feeding kiss"); additional analysis of skin and stool samples
