'Healthy catering at schools and daycare centers with food from local organic produce can be realized if the appropriate organizational conditions to be observed. This was demonstrated by the 2004-2006 on the federal organic farming program conducted four pilot projects to take-away meals. Results from the pilot project should now be made in a brochure for take-away food available to all relevant actors.
Based on the project 03OE202 to create in this project, starting from a finished manuscript, a project brochure. A close collaboration between all project participants, especially with the Environment Centre Licherode is planned. In the dissemination of the brochure will make use of numerous institutional collaborations. After completion of a public presentation is planned. '
