Purpose of research: Inventory & Assessment
Pilot tasks will be operationally implemented in two selected pilot supply chains in pork and beef production. Most important is a close dialogue with the relevant competent authorities, in case the implementation or a later roll-out makes a formal approval necessary. The pilot implementations are evaluated under the following key questions:
Are the elements fit for purpose and use?
What are costs and benefits of the newly developed elements?
