The project will deal with the detailed analysis of QTL regions that have been identified for control of early and late flowering in grapevine. To identify flowering time determinants, different approaches such as 'genotyping-by-sequencing', SNP analysis, RNAseq and qRT-PCR will be applied and the resulting data integrated with the phenotypic results.
