Description
At the end of 1996, the Working Group of Southeast Asia in the German Society for Geography (DGfG) was founded, which is mainly adressed to colleagues from the geography. But it is also explicitly addressing to all Southeast Asia working representatives from science, politics, economics, management and Practice (development organizations of all kinds, etc.). Objectives of the working group are: development of interdisciplinary networks of contacts, mutual information (including WWW-/Internet-Homepage), annual meetings and discussion forums, publications, public relations and the integration of interested people from school, university and practice. Information about the activities of the working group are deliverd through mails and newsletters
