Purpose of research: Conferences and Meetings
Goal:
To provide guidance to institutions and organizations -including the CGIAR Centers- which work towards a world with less poverty and hunger, improved human health and more resilient ecosystems on how to address crop losses effectively for rapid impact on food security and safety.
Purpose:
To identify the priority areas in crop protection and plant health management that have to be immediately addressed by the international community for significant impact on food security and safety within the next two decades. To propose suitable approaches which support low-income countries in benefiting from existing advanced technologies and enable them to build their own sufficient and durable innovation capacity.
