Research Unit Plant Genome and Systems Biology (PGSB)
Institution
Section overview
Description
The main focus of the independent Research Unit Plant Genome and Systems Biology (PGSB) is plant genome and systems-oriented bioinformatics. It has a focus towards analyzing genomic encryption, expression patterns, functional and systems biology of plants. PGSB also maintains a large data set of plant genomes in databases, which it makes available to the public along with comparative analyses.
