Overcoming Replant Disease by an Integrated Approach: Nematodes involved in Apple Replant Disease, and as indicators of soil quality (BonaRes-ORDIAmur)
Project
Project code: JKI-EP-08-2271
Contract period: 01.10.2015
- 30.09.2018
Purpose of research: Applied research
Apple replant disease (ARD) is assumed to be caused by changes of the rhizosphere and subsequently the bulk soil biome regarding the species spectrum. In close cooperation with the partners in BonaRes-Ordiamur nematodes communities in ARD- and control soils, and their interactions with different groups of organisms, mainly fungi, oomycetes and bacteria will be studied.
