Description
The research is organized in the sub-disciplines of ecology and interdisciplinary connected. This results in synergies for interdisciplinary basic research (eg ecosystem research, urban ecology) and the resource planning and research (eg landscape planning, conservation, technical environment). Disciplinary width and networking with planning and resource protection science fields are special characteristics of the Institute of Ecology at the TU Berlin in regional and national comparison.
