Description
Research focuses on physiology of mammalian species. Comparative studies are done with bovids, primates incl. humans and wild mammals. Modern biochemical and molecular biological techniques are established for basic and applied research on regulation of reproduction, lactation, growth and immunology. Besides the traditional endocrinology, nowadays paracrine regulations are the focus of interest.
