Developing forecasts for regional population dynamics of rodents related to human health risk to adapt to climate change
Project
Project code: JKI-GF-08-1160
Contract period: 01.04.2013
- 31.03.2017
Purpose of research: Applied research
A forecast system will be developed to predict bank vole population dynamics on county scale based on weather parameters and beech mast provided through time series. Results will be compared to predictions of future cliamte szenarios to derive strategies to adapt to potentially changing human infection risk.
