Purpose of research: Inventory & Assessment
The project aims at the quantification of the vitamin A and E contents in representative margarine samples from the German retail market during 2017/2018. The data will be used to update the German Nutrient Database (BLS), which is the basis for the calculation of energy and nutrient intakes within the scope of nutrition epidemiological studies and nutrition surveys.
