Proteomic analysis of benzo(a)pyrene responses in mouse tissues
Project
Project code: BfR-CHS-02-L 814-01
Contract period: 01.05.2004
- 31.07.2005
Purpose of research: Basic research
Main ultimate aim of the cooperative study is to reveal the in vivo relevant time and dose-dependent protein patterns related to benzo(a)pyrene-induced p53 response in murine tissues. 2-DE-based proteomic analysis of skin, lung and liver from C57BL/6 treated mice is used to identify affected proteins. The animal study was performed at the University of Kuopio.
