Project
Project code: JKI-EP-08-1101
Contract period: 01.12.2010
- 01.05.2013
Purpose of research: Experimental development
Development of a chip-based system for serological detection of potato viruses in plant material utilizing the priciple of plasmon resonance. It is aimed to simultaneously detect different potato viruses in a single sap sample. The project corresponds to the tasks 2.9 and 2.14 of the research programme of the BMELV. Final goal is to develop a scientific and technological alternative solution for the current ELISA-based certification procedure of seed potatoes, which subsequently can be adapted to other pathosystems, too.
