The Federal Government is investing in tomorrow's security with the 'Research for Civil Security' framework programme, which runs from 2012 until 2017. As in the run-up to the first programme phase, an agenda process was carried out in late 2011 in order to identify topics in an open dialogue with the relevant stakeholders.
Research organizations, authorities, associations, and others were invited to get involved in the process and propose topics for future research activities. In total, more than 30 papers and reports were submitted by organizations and stakeholders.
