The aim of this project is to identify the market volume and future developments of the organic poultry market. After a status quo analysis producers, slaughters and consumers are surveyed about their motivations and future plans. For analysing the organic poultry market there will be surveys among poultry slaughteries, poultry producers and consumers. The usage of poultry meat will be analysed and the roll of compititors products will be shown.
