The aim of the project is to illustrate the nutritional and health status of children, youths and adults living in households at risk of poverty in terms of several domains, i.e. the dietary quality, the health and food security status, spending on food, use of daily school meals and charitable food assistance programs such as food banks, nutrition related attitudes, cooking skills, nutritional knowledge, nutritional needs etc. In addition, the impact of these domains on the dietary quality and food security status among people living in households with children at risk of poverty will be investigated.
