Purpose of research: Basic research
The storage stability of standard solutions that are used for quantification of pesticide residues is an important precondition for reliable data. Only limited data about the storage stability are available. Furthermore, the replacement of standard substances depending on the guarantee period given by the producer is an relevant expense factor. The storage stability of stock solutions should be investigated to optimise the storage periods, to fulfill the requirements of accreditation and to reduce the costs for new standard substances.
