Purpose of research: Inventory & Assessment
The aim of this project is the highly accurate identification of features and the interactive mapping, linkage and interpretation of spatio-temporal patterns. This will support early identification of phenotypic traits that influence yield. Data from different subprojects will be quantified and linked together for the purposes of data mining and machine learning to acquire phenotypic characteristics and spatio-temporal patterns.
