Purpose of research: Applied research
The project’s objectiveis to analyze marketing aspects of products from grazing systems, which were hardlyconsideredin previous research. At first it will evaluate locally adapted grazing systems for specific regions in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia with different levels of production intensity. Market potential and producer prices, which could be realized, are of highest interest. Final results of the project will include recommendations for marketing strategies for producers and processors.
