The project aims to develop strategies to promote agriculture as a social perspective, especially for organic farms. Study and research results showed that organic farms are well suited for the integration of people can not come from agriculture. Mainly due to the operating structure and the relatively large variety of employment opportunities especially organic farms can therefore also be useful as a social institution. It was noted that there already is some organic farms in Europe with a social orientation. Analyses were also conducted in the various countries involved. It turned out that there are farms in Germany, involved in social work in different ways. This commitment is supported so far both in financial terms but also from the institutional side, only a little. On the contrary, the initiatives periods rather a lone existence. Sometimes the responsibility is the lack of transparency and networking areas - the companies and institutions - but also the variety of responsibilities accountable institutions such as various ministries and their subordinate agencies provide an obstacle with the parent network of companies and institutions responsible to a sustainable replacement will be needed to bring the interdisciplinary development and social identity formation preceded agriculture.
