a) The observation of characterization of the processing value of bread wheat by the agricultural practice to a reliable prediction of the baking quality of wheat under the conditions of the amended DüV. b) The observation of the development of variety spectra (shift of the relative proportions of quality classes E, A, B, C) of modern winter soft wheat varieties in the field practice and in cultivation recommendations. c) Preparation of recommendations for the characterization of winter wheat stocks by the agricultural practice.
