Purpose of research: Applied research
At present only very little is known about the distribution of ammonia background contamination. However the knowledge about it gets more and more important, especially concerning approval procedures in the area of animal housing. The determination of the ammonia background contamination by passive samplers in a small area shall help to answer this question.
